Can I get printed pouch samples before mass production begins?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to provide a sample of a printed package. We can only provide examples of previous pouches we've made. The actual package colour will be more accurate if the customer sends us the design with the Pantone colour code.

Can I choose the ingredients for the formula?

Yes, you can select any ingredient from the factory's inventory. You can still order ingredients that we don't have in our factory, but we'll need the bulk of them from the ingredients factory. This will incur an additional charge.

How can I order my formula sample?

A deposit is required to create your mask and skincare product samples. We deduct the deposit amounts from the original invoice when you order real products, except for the international sample shipping fee from Korea. R & D and samples are free for both face masks and standard production of skincare. The deposit is non-refundable if you stop the process. 

Are there R&D fees for small production, not standard production?

Yes, small production has incurred costs due to inefficiency. However, if you use an existing factory formula, there will be no R&D costs. Please contact us for more detailed information.

What is the process of shipping?

When the production is complete, the client can pick them up using their logistics, or we can connect the client with our logistics partner. EX-WORK is used for all logistics shipping. It usually takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the season and your location. Clients are responsible for paying shipping fees directly to logistics, not to us.


What are white label products?

White-label products are pre-made goods with no branding on the package. This is perfect for cosmetics startups, small businesses, institutions, or cosmetic skin clinics looking to create a small quantity of their brand. Some white-label products have been ordered to be manufactured.

Do white-label products include labels and boxes?

No, They are optional. Because each of our client's needs is different, the price includes only the content and its bottle. The price does not include labels or boxes.

Do you have catalogs for products?

It takes 5 business days for ready-made items from our inventory, whereas a month is needed for items made to order (MTO). Label printing and application service will take one extra week.

What is the expiry date of white label products?

The expiry date of white label products is between 1 and 3 years.

How do I place an Order?

In the shipping cart, enter the items and desired quantity. As a guest, you will be invited to log in or check out. Can I change my delivery address once I've made my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse to process for delivery, which makes any amendments or changes quite tricky to implement. How can I cancel my order?

You will be able to make a payment or cancel the order in your shopping cart. Please note that orders can only be canceled before they have shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. It will take three (3) to ten (10) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
